Start With Who Drives and What They Sign

Decide who will drive before you enquire. Each driver needs a licence. Bring the licence and a second form of ID. If someone else might take the wheel, say so from the start. Adding a driver later can slow everything down. A quick decision now saves time later.

Time the Whole Day, Not Just the Journey

Collection takes time. So does return. A car picked up at nine might not be on the road until half past. Say you collect before a night shift. You still need fuel, a route and a moment to adjust the seat. Work backwards from your first commitment. Give yourself room.

Think Through Both Handovers in Advance

Be Honest About the Trip and Talk Money First
