Name Your Drivers Before Anybody Else Is Involved

One message covering everything gets a better answer than three separate queries. State your headcount, any tools or equipment travelling with the crew, and roughly what you expect to pay overall. Whether a particular vehicle is free on your dates will depend on demand, so ask that in the same breath rather than as an afterthought.
