Work the Hours Backwards

The agreed hire period covers only the hours the minibus sits in your care; collecting, checking and loading it all happen outside that window. If a group is arriving at separate times, say so in your first message, because staggered arrivals quietly stretch the day and the hours worth booking.

Treat Both Handovers as Fixed Points
