Ask the operator directly what licence the vehicle demands rather than assuming your own qualifies, check it is current, declare any endorsements, and name every likely additional driver. An inexperienced hand may suit a smaller minibus, so raise that while the choice is still open.

Decision Two: Count the Party Honestly

Passengers should dictate the vehicle, never the reverse. Count only those certain to travel, decide whether bags fit the boot or need seats, and give bulky items their own line. If a weather-sensitive job might add people at short notice, say so when you enquire.
