Let the Load Set the Size

Start with a rough inventory. Twelve folding tables, a small PA rig and twenty chairs fit a mid-sized box truck with room to spare; bales of fencing or a marquee frame may not. Measure your longest item first, then choose the shortest wheelbase that carries it safely.

Work out the hours honestly. Loading a marquee kit takes longer than unloading it, and a Saturday event may run past midnight. A two-day booking that includes a relaxed return slot often costs little more than a frantic 24-hour one and removes the panic.
