Settle the Dates First

Start with the calendar, not the vehicle. Decide whether Saturday morning alone covers the job or whether a Friday collection buys breathing room for an early start. Measure the Load Before Naming a Size

Measure the awkward items before naming a van size. A fridge, a rolled mattress, and eight boxes each impose different demands on load length and height. Write the figures down, then compare them against dimensions. Guessing leads either to wasted space or, worse, a second trip there isn't time for.

Pair the Driver With the Handover
